Our customers don't sit at desks. Every feature has to earn its place on a phone, in a parking lot, in the rain.
Care obviously
Most of our customers are first-time SaaS buyers. They will remember how you treated them in the first hour. We treat that as a privilege.
Small on purpose
We move faster as a focused team than as a big one. We hire slowly, give a lot of ownership, and pay well.

We default to direct. Diplomatic when it matters; never to the point of saying nothing.
